Our business is based in the 110018 area, which sits right on the border between New Delhi and Haryana. It’s a very busy spot, with cars and trucks constantly moving back and forth between the two states. We spend nearly all of our time either driving or talking to our drivers over the radio to see where everyone is. Our office is just a simple place where we manage the bookings and keep track of the fleet. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters by any stretch of the imagination. It’s usually a bit messy with schedules and car keys lying around. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we’ve seen all sorts of things on the road. Some days are incredibly long, especially when the traffic is bad or the weather is rough, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't a massive company with a huge marketing budget. We just rely on being there when people need a ride. Our cars have seen a lot of miles, and so have we. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a car is going to be ten minutes late because of a jam, we’ll tell you. We don't see the point in making excuses. It’s a tough way to make a living sometimes, but it’s what we know. We’re just a local team of people who know these roads better than anyone else and work hard every day.
