Format Travel

We spend most of our days here at Arunachal Bhawan on Kutilya Marg, right near the Samrat Hotel. It is a busy part of Chanakyapuri. Format Travel is just a small team of us sitting at our desks, usually surrounded by papers and half-drunk cups of tea. We have been in this spot for a while now. Most mornings start with checking the new flight schedules and seeing what changed overnight. It is not fancy work, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes people wander in from the nearby hotels looking for a quick ticket or advice on how to get around Delhi. We try to help them out. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during rush hour, but we are used to the noise by now. We handle a lot of phone calls from regular customers who have been using us for years. They know where to find us. It gets a bit cramped in the office when we have several clients at once, but we manage. There is a lot of back-and-forth with the airlines and trying to figure out the best routes for people going on vacation or business trips. We don’t have any big corporate speeches to give. It is just about getting the job done and making sure the tickets are right. The building itself is easy to find if you know where the Samrat Hotel is. We are usually here until late evening making sure everything is sorted for the next day's departures.
