Our office is tucked away in Rajnigandha Apartments over in Dwarka. If you come to Plot 4, you’ll find us in 1076/10. It isn’t a big fancy storefront with neon lights, just a room where we keep our computers and a few desks. Most of the day is spent on the phone or typing away, trying to figure out train timings or where a bus might be. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth stuff that people don't see. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all just sit there waiting for a screen to load while the phone keeps ringing. We've got maps pinned to the wall that have been there since we moved in. New Delhi is a huge place, and people are always trying to get out for a holiday or go back home to see their parents. We just help them get the tickets and the dates right. I usually have a stack of papers on my desk that never seems to get smaller. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. My cousin helps out when things get really busy during the festival seasons. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake when the bookings are piling up. It is just a few of us working hard to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble on their end.
