Foreign Travel Agency

Our office is located at C 66 in Anand Niketan, New Delhi. It’s a pretty decent area to work in, fairly calm compared to the rest of the city. We focus mostly on international travel, which means a lot of our day is spent looking at visa requirements and passport rules. It's more complicated than it sounds because the rules seem to change every other week. We have stacks of forms and brochures all over the place. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we don't do much advertising. People usually find us because we’ve helped their family or friends before. We just sit at our desks, drink our tea, and try to find the best routes for people going abroad. It's not always easy, especially when someone wants to go somewhere with difficult connections. We have to be very careful with the details because a small mistake on a visa application can cause a lot of trouble. The office is simple, just some sturdy furniture and good computers. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi; we just want to do a good job for the people who trust us with their trips. It’s a lot of staring at screens and waiting on hold with embassies, but that is the nature of the business. We take it as it comes and try to stay organized.
