Fore Sight Hospitality Division Group Of Restaurants

We’ve been based out of Sangam Appts in Rohini for a good while now. Our office is at number 194, right in the middle of Sector-24. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it gets pretty busy around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We handle the hospitality side of things for a group of restaurants from here. Most of the day is just spent on the phone or looking at menus and dealing with kitchen supplies. It’s not always glamorous work, but it keeps the places running. The office itself is tucked away in Pocket-24, which is a bit quieter than the main road, thankfully. Sometimes the power goes out in the summer, and we just sit there with the windows open, waiting for it to come back. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We mostly deal with the day-to-day operations that people don't really see when they go out to eat. There are always stacks of papers on the desks and boxes of samples arriving. It’s a lot of logistical stuff, making sure the different restaurant locations have what they need for the dinner rush. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get things done and try to stay organized. Most of the time it’s just us drinking tea and figuring out the week's schedule.
