We are based at D-82 in Karam Pura, New Delhi 110015. It’s an area that’s got a lot of history and a lot of movement. Our travel business operates out of a regular building here. We don't have a big neon sign or a fancy lobby. It’s just an office where we handle travel representations and bookings. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to hotels and transport people. It’s a lot of back and forth, making sure every detail is sorted out. We’ve been at this spot for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The street outside can be a bit of a mess with traffic, but inside we just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just do the job. If someone needs a trip organized or a booking handled, we sit down and do it. We have a few desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. It’s a practical environment for a practical business. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the latest travel news. It’s just us, a small group of people who know the industry, working out of a quiet corner in Karam Pura. We don't have a big mission statement, we just try to get the travel details right.
