Mansa Ram Park is where we are located, specifically at D54 in Uttam Nagar. If you know Delhi, you know how busy this area gets on a daily basis. Our office is a place where we handle a lot of travel details, mostly booking flights and trying to sort out visa paperwork for people. It is a lot of staring at computer screens and waiting for websites to load. We are not a huge travel agency with billboards everywhere; we just have this office where we help the locals and anyone else who finds us. People come in wanting to visit family or go on a holiday, and we sit down and look at the options with them. Sometimes the prices jump around, or a flight gets canceled, and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone trying to fix it. It can be a bit of a headache, but we have gotten used to the chaos. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and desks and a lot of maps on the wall. We try to keep things moving along, but sometimes there is a wait. The park nearby is a good place to walk through when the office feels too small. We have been in this part of New Delhi for a while now and know the rhythms of the street. It is just us doing our thing, making sure people get their tickets and get where they need to go.
