Force10 Networks (Mnc)

Force10 Networks (Mnc) is based at Plot No-612 in Shalimar Garden Ext-1. This is over in Sahibabad, UP. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s a good spot for us. The building is a standard plot, nothing that really stands out from the street. We’ve got our sign up so people can find us. Inside, it’s just a regular office environment. We have our computers and some desks pushed together. It gets a little cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Sahibabad is an industrial kind of area, so there’s a lot of dust and noise from the nearby factories. We’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we usually just bring our own tiffins and eat together at the big table. It’s a very informal atmosphere here. We don't wear suits or anything like that unless there’s a big reason to. Mostly it’s just jeans and shirts. We stay busy with the technical stuff all day. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but usually, we’re out the door by six. It’s a straightforward place to work and we don't try to make it seem like something more than it is. We just do our bit.
