Our office is over in Rajnagar, specifically in Section 23, house number N 478B. It’s a residential neighborhood in Ghaziabad, so it’s usually pretty quiet around here except for the occasional car or street vendor. We handle tour bookings and travel arrangements from this location. It’s not a big storefront on a main street, just a specific space in the building where we have our phones and computers set up. We’ve been operating from this spot for several years. Mostly we spend the day talking to drivers and hotels to make sure everything is ready for our clients. Sometimes the printer acts up or the phone line gets static, but we manage. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees, just a small team trying to get things right. We know the local area well and can give advice on the best routes to take to avoid the heavy Ghaziabad traffic. We usually have some tea around four in the afternoon and talk about the day's bookings. It’s a practical business. We don’t have any fancy brochures or glossy posters, just some folders and our notes. We just work hard to make sure people get their tickets and their hotels are booked correctly.
