We are located on the third floor of H-II/92 in Madangir. Our office is pretty close to the Khanpur Bus Depot, so there are always buses and people moving around outside. Being on the third floor means we have to walk up a lot of stairs, which keeps us busy. The office is where we handle all the tour planning and travel arrangements for our clients. It is a simple setup with a few desks and some old maps of India hanging up. We spend most of our day on the computer or the telephone, trying to confirm bookings and check on bus schedules. Sometimes the building gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We aren't a big corporate agency, just a group of people who know how to get around the country. We deal with a lot of paperwork and sometimes the piles of folders on the desks get a bit high. People come to us when they want to organize a trip but don't want to do all the research themselves. We’ve been in this New Delhi location for quite a while now. We just try to be practical and give people the facts about their travel options. It’s a lot of double-checking dates and making sure the drivers know where they are going. We just stay here and get the work done for anyone who drops by.
