It is much quieter here than in the big cities. The air is different, and you can see the hills around us. My name is on the paperwork, and I just handle things as they come. Being a waiter or working in this kind of job means you are on your feet quite a bit. It is not a complicated life. We start the day early when the sun comes up over the mountains. There is always a lot of cleaning to do and getting things ready for whenever people stop by. The post office is the main landmark for us, so if you find that, you find us. It is a small community where everyone knows everyone else. We do not have fancy computers or a big team of people. It is just us doing the daily chores and making sure everything is in its place. Sometimes the weather gets rough, especially when it rains hard in the hills, but we just stay inside and wait it out. It is a simple way of living and working. We do not need much to get through the day, just some good work and a bit of conversation with the neighbors. The monkeys sometimes come around the back but we just ignore them.
