Our office is at 358/18A in Mandawali, specifically on Gali No. 5 in Fazalpur. It’s one of those narrow streets in Delhi where you have to be careful when you're walking. Flag Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. is written on a small sign out front. We’ve been in this part of Mandawali for a while, and everyone on the street knows who we are. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside with all the desks and the files we keep. We spend our time helping people figure out their trips and making sure they have the right papers. The street outside is always full of kids playing or people selling vegetables from carts. It’s a lively place, though it can get pretty dusty in the afternoons when the wind picks up. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us sitting in the office, answering the phone and writing things down in our ledgers. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but we still open up on time every day. We don’t use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people get from one place to another. It’s a practical business in a practical neighborhood. We’ve stayed here because it feels like home to us. It's a busy life but we are used to the noise and the crowds by now.
