Fitness First (I)Pvt Ltd is our gym located at House No 148/10 in Sector 1, Pushp Vihar. We are right in a residential part of New Delhi, which makes it easy for people living nearby to come in for a workout. The gym is a straightforward place with iron weights, some machines, and benches for people to use. It’s not one of those polished, high-end clubs you might see in the fancy parts of the city. We have a few trainers who are usually around to help out or just keep an eye on things. The floor is covered in rubber mats that have seen a lot of use over the years. We open up early in the morning, around 6 AM, because that’s when most of our regulars like to come in before they head off to work. There's always the sound of clanking metal and someone’s playlist going in the background. We spend time wiping down the machines and making sure the water cooler is full to keep the air moving. It’s a simple, honest place to get some exercise. We don’t have any big speeches about health; we just provide the equipment and a place for people to sweat. The building is just a regular house converted for our use, so it has a more local, friendly feel to it.
