You can find us at K-58 in Mahipalpur. Even though the name sounds like a big corporate thing, the day-to-day here is pretty grounded. We spend a lot of time moving weights around and making sure the machines are actually working. It gets pretty sweaty in here during the evening rush, especially when the AC is struggling against the Delhi heat. We have people from all over the area coming in. Some are really serious about lifting, while others just want to walk on the treadmill for thirty minutes and head home. We don't have any of those fancy juice bars or anything, just a place to work out. The floor needs a good mop every few hours because of all the foot traffic. I’m usually here from the early morning opening until the afternoon. It’s a lot of manual work keeping the place tidy. We don't do much in the way of big speeches; we just show you how to use the equipment so you don't hurt yourself. Mahipalpur is always busy and noisy, and our place fits right into that. It’s just a spot for people to come and get some exercise before they go back to their jobs or families. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud, but that’s what the younger crowd likes. We just keep the doors open and the weights ready for whoever shows up.
