Fish Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd is right across from the old Filmistan Cinema at 10187/22, Bhagat Singh Nagar. This part of New Delhi is incredibly busy and there is always something happening on the street outside. Our office is a small shopfront that we’ve crammed with posters, calendars, and a couple of desks for the two of us who work here. It’s often very noisy because of the traffic and the people heading to the market, so we have to speak up when we’re on the phone with customers. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name on the glass door which sometimes gets covered in dust from the busy road. Most of our day is spent looking at travel schedules and trying to find the best routes for people who stop by the shop. We aren't a big agency with a call center; it’s just us sitting here with a computer and a couple of notebooks. Sometimes people come in just to ask for directions because of the cinema nearby, and we don't mind helping out at all. The floor is a bit worn down from years of people walking in, and the chairs are a little squeaky, but it’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. We like the energy of Bhagat Singh Nagar and wouldn't really want to be anywhere else. We just keep things simple and try to be honest about what we can do for people.
