Fiserv India Pvt Ltd. is located at 809-B in Nyay Khand - I, over in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Even though it’s in U.P., it’s right on the edge so we feel pretty connected to the rest of the capital region. The office is in a residential-commercial mix area, so it’s not like those giant office parks you see in Noida. It’s a more grounded place. We have a decent amount of space inside, though we’ve filled most of it with desks and shelves. There is a lot of activity in the building, with people coming and going all day. We try to keep things organized, but there’s always a pile of paperwork somewhere that needs sorting. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling sound, but it keeps the place cool enough. We spend a lot of our time on computers, just like any other office, but we keep the atmosphere fairly relaxed. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon break. It’s a good spot for us because the local shops are close by if we need anything. The street outside can get quite jammed with cars during the rush hour, so some of us stay a bit late to avoid the traffic. It’s an honest workplace where we just get on with our jobs. No big speeches or fancy mottos, just the daily grind in Indirapuram.
