We are located at B-2/139 in Jawaharpark, which is over in the Ghaziabad district. Our post office is Chikamberpur, so that’s where all our local mail goes through. It’s a typical neighborhood spot, not some high-rise corporate park. We deal with packages all day long. People bring things in, we weigh them, and then we get them ready to go out. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just the stuff we need to track the deliveries. It’s a bit loud and messy sometimes, with tape dispensers humming and boxes stacked up against the walls, but it’s an honest living. We just want to make sure the stuff people send gets to where it’s supposed to go without getting lost or broken along the way. We try to be careful with every parcel that comes through our door.
