We’re tucked away in Pocket - C of Mayur Vihar, Phase-II. First Flight Couriers has been here in this part of Delhi at 62-A for a good while. Our place is usually filled with stacks of envelopes and brown boxes of all sizes. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when a big shipment comes in. You’ll see the delivery guys coming in and out on their bikes, checking their bags and making sure they have the right addresses. We spend a lot of time sorting through things and marking off lists. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some sturdy tables and a few computers that have seen better days. It gets pretty loud when the sorting starts, everyone trying to move fast. We deal with all kinds of deliveries, from small letters to heavy packages. Sometimes the address on a parcel is hard to read, and we have to spend time calling the person to figure out where they live. It’s just the daily grind in Mayur Vihar. We don’t do any of that polished business talk. We just want to get the mail where it needs to go without too much fuss. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of tiny details. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s just a local hub doing its thing. We stay busy until the last bike returns.
