We are over here in Subhash Vihar at B-14/49 on Street Number 13. Most people know the Yamuna Vihar Multigym, which is really close to our spot, so that helps people find us when they are looking for First Flight Courier Ltd. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get the mail sorted and out the door. It gets pretty busy in the mornings when the delivery guys show up with their bags and bikes. There is always a lot of noise from the street outside, but that is just how it is in Delhi. We have been in this part of Subhash Vihar for a while now. The desk is usually covered in papers and manifests, and there is a small fan that tries its best to keep the heat away during the summer months. People from the neighborhood drop in to send packages to their relatives or for work stuff. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where things are. It can be a bit chaotic when three or four people arrive at once, but we manage. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there waiting for it to come back so we can use the computer again. It is a simple operation. We just focus on getting the parcels where they need to go without making a big fuss about it. That is basically what we do every day from morning until we close up.
