We are based at D244 in New Ashok Nagar, over in the 96 area of New Delhi. We operate out of a space that belongs to Vijay Singhal. If you’ve ever walked through New Ashok Nagar, you know the streets are tight and always full of people. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a courier point, so the main room is usually filled with stacks of parcels and envelopes waiting to be sorted. We have some heavy-duty scales and a big desk where we log everything that comes in. The floor is just plain cement, and we have a few old metal cupboards for the important documents. It gets a bit dusty with all the cardboard boxes moving around, but we try to keep it organized. The delivery boys are always coming and going on their scooters, so there’s a lot of noise and shouting across the room. We don’t have a fancy waiting area for customers. If you come in, you just stand by the counter and wait your turn. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones trying to track down addresses that aren't clearly marked. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordination. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the mail to the right house. It’s a tough job in the heat, but we get it done.
