Finnair,Global Aviation

Our office is on the third floor over in Humyanpur, right across from B6/107 in Safdurjung Enclave. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and finding number 136 can be a bit tricky the first time you visit. We handle things for Finnair and Global Aviation from this spot. It isn't a very big place, just a few rooms filled with files and some computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or trying to fix travel itineraries that didn't go as planned. Since we are on the third floor, we get a decent view of the street, which is always full of people and cars. The stairs are a bit steep, so we usually warn people before they come over. It’s just a small team of us here. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a polished lobby. Most days we are just wearing regular clothes and trying to get through a stack of emails. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear, but you get used to it after a week or two. We deal with a lot of paperwork because the aviation industry has so many rules. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone has the documents they need for their flights. It’s straightforward work without much fluff. We might not have a big sign out front, but we are here every day from nine until the work is finished.
