Finnair

We are located in Dwarka, specifically in the Sector 9 area. Finding 128-Dda Sfs Flats can be a little tricky if you aren't familiar with the Pkt-Ii layout. It’s a residential spot, so it doesn’t feel like a big corporate office at all. We are just a small group of people working out of a flat. The living room area is where the main desks are. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about Finnair flights and travel plans. There is a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air when the office feels a bit cramped. The kitchen is mostly used for storing files and keeping the water bottles cold. It’s quiet in the afternoons when the sun is hitting the windows. We use basic laptops and a few landline phones that ring more often than they should. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the walls. It makes the place feel more like a home than a business. We don't do any big advertisements. People usually find us because someone they know told them where we are. We just handle the bookings and try to make sure the names are spelled right on the tickets. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We’ve been here for a while now and the routine is pretty set.
