You can find us at Flat 449 in Pocket V, which is part of Phase I in Mayur Vihar. It’s a residential-style setup for our office, which feels a bit different than being in a big glass tower downtown. We like being tucked away in this part of New Delhi. It’s a bit quieter than the main roads, though the parking can be a bit of a challenge sometimes if you’re visiting us. We handle things for Finnair from this location, mostly focusing on the administrative and booking side of the business. It’s just a few of us here, sitting at our desks and working through emails and flight schedules. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Inside, it’s mostly just files, computers, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use during the day. We spend our mornings checking on overnight updates and our afternoons dealing with whatever comes up from travelers or the main office. It’s a steady kind of work. Mayur Vihar is a nice place to be based, with plenty of local shops nearby for lunch. We don’t really do anything fancy; we just keep the operations running from our small corner of the city. It feels more like a small community office than a big international operation, but that’s just the way we like to work. It’s simple and it works for us and the people we help with their travel plans.
