Finnair

We are based over in Dwarka at 301 New Millenium, Sector 23, Plot No 2, New Delhi. Our office isn't huge, but it's where we handle the local side of things for Finnair. There is always a lot of chatter about flights and schedules echoing around the room. We have a few desks pushed together and plenty of coffee on hand to get through the early shifts. Dealing with travel means things change quickly, so we spend a lot of time updating systems. It’s not like the movies; there’s a lot of mundane data entry and phone calls to deal with every single day. Most of us have been working in Dwarka for years and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city. The building has other businesses too, so there is always someone coming or going in the hallways. We try to keep our heads down and just get the job done. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet gets slow, which can be a real headache when you're trying to help someone out. But we manage. It’s a practical workspace for a practical team. We aren't here to impress anyone with decor, just to keep things running smoothly and stay on top of the workload. We’ve seen Sector 23 change a lot, but our little spot in the New Millenium building stays pretty much the same day in and day out.
