You can find us at A-126 on the second floor in Madhuban Vikas G, which is part of the 110092 area of Delhi. We represent Finnair from this office. It’s a simple setup, nothing like the big airports you might imagine. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets where we keep everything organized. The stairs are just your standard concrete steps leading up to the second floor. It’s usually quiet here unless the phones start ringing all at once. We spend our days looking at flight schedules and handling customer queries. It's a lot of typing and talking. We aren't trying to be something we're not; we just provide a place for people to get their travel stuff sorted. The neighborhood of Madhuban is quite active, so there’s always life outside the window. We’ve got the usual office coffee and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. It’s just a normal workplace for us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just the staff here making sure the bookings go through correctly. We have a small fridge in the corner that makes a weird humming sound all day. Most of our work is done over email now, so it’s gotten a lot quieter than it used to be. The Madhuban area has a lot of traffic, so we hear the horns honking all through the afternoon. It’s just a typical Delhi office day where we keep our focus on the work.
