Mandawali is a place where the streets are always full of life, and our office at US-47 is right in the middle of that buzz. The Main Road is never quiet. We see the buses and the rickshaws go by all day long. Fine Travels & Tours has been here for a bit, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture. We don't have a fancy computer system; we still use a lot of paper notebooks to keep track of things. It just feels safer that way. The walls have some old maps that are starting to yellow at the edges. When people come in, they usually sit on the plastic chairs we have near the door. We don't offer fancy espresso, but we might have some cold water if the dispenser isn't empty. We just try to help people get their travel sorted without any headache. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We aren't looking to become some huge agency with offices everywhere. We just want to do right by the people in Mandawali who trust us with their bookings. The Delhi heat can be tough, but we have a small cooler that helps a bit. Sometimes the noise from the market next door gets so loud we have to shout a little, but it's all part of being here on the main road. We keep the doors open mostly to catch a breeze when we can.
