Fimt New Delhi

Fimt is located out in Kapashera, which is right on the edge of New Delhi near the border. It’s a place where a lot of students and staff come and go every day. The atmosphere here is usually quite lively because there’s always something happening in the halls or the classrooms. We aren't a small shop; it’s more of a campus setting where we try to keep everything organized for the people studying here. Kapashera itself is a really busy hub, so there is always noise from the traffic outside, but inside we try to keep it focused. We spend our time managing schedules and making sure the facilities are actually working like they should. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments. Sometimes things get a bit messy or plans change at the last minute, but that’s just part of running an institution like this. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don't go for anything too fancy in how we talk or work. It’s just about being here from morning until evening and making sure the day runs smoothly for the students. We have regular meetings to figure out the week ahead. It’s a big responsibility, but we just take it one step at a time. The location is convenient for people coming from both Delhi and Gurgaon, which makes it a melting pot. It stays quite busy.
