We’ve been operating out of this spot in Kalyani for quite a while now. Our office is located at B/7/297, which sits in a fairly quiet part of the Nadia district. If you are familiar with this side of West Bengal, you probably know that the pace of life is a bit slower than the big cities. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass skyscraper. It’s just a simple building where we’ve set up our desks and computers. The walls are a bit plain and maybe the paint is peeling in the corners, but it’s home to us. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we see each other at the local market or at the tea stalls. The humidity in the summer can be a real challenge, and our old ceiling fans do their best to keep us cool. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans hanging up. We just show up every morning, check our lists, and get to work. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the weather, but we make do. It’s a very practical environment. We handle our daily tasks without much fuss. If you were to walk in, you’d just see a few people working at their desks and maybe some old files stacked up. It’s an honest, local operation that fits right into the neighborhood here in Kalyani. We like it this way.
