Fez Dining & Bar

Fez Dining & Bar is situated on the first floor of building 139 in Mohammad Pur. We are right by the Bhikaji Cama Place area in New Delhi, which stays pretty busy with office crowds. It is a restaurant and a bar, so our rhythm is a bit different from the other shops around here. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure the bar is stocked up for the evening. It is a lot of chopping vegetables and cleaning glasses before the first customer even walks in. The place has its own character, not too fancy but comfortable enough for a drink after a long shift. We have a small team of cooks and servers who have been with us for a while. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hot and the music is a bit loud, but that is just how it goes in this business. We get a mix of people coming in, from office workers to locals living nearby in Mohammad Pur. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything; we just hope the food tastes good and the beer is cold. It is a lot of late nights and cleaning up after everyone has gone home. We just try to keep the atmosphere relaxed for whoever stops by.
