Fesher is run out of House Number 794/25 in the Chinyot Colony area of Rohtak. It’s a regular house in a residential street in Haryana. We turned one of the front rooms into an office space because it was easier than renting a separate building. There’s a small yard in front where we park our scooters. The walls are painted a light blue, though the paint is starting to peel a little in the corners. We spend most of our time here dealing with the day-to-day tasks that keep things running. It’s a quiet neighborhood, except for when the kids are coming home from school. We have a couple of desks pushed against the walls and a lot of power strips on the floor for all the chargers. My brother helps me out with the paperwork most days. We don't have any formal uniforms or big corporate rules. If someone wants to take a break and sit on the porch for a while, they can. It’s a very relaxed way to work. We know most of the people who live on this street by name. Rohtak is a good place to be, and Chinyot Colony is a friendly spot. We just keep things moving at our own pace. There’s always a pot of tea going in the kitchen nearby. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours and we’re proud of how we manage things ourselves.
