Ferns 'N' Petals Pvt. Ltd., (Online Flowers Deliver & Event

Our little operation is located at House No. Rz-268-B, right on Street No. 9/C in West Kailash Puri. If you know the area, it is a bit tucked away in the extension part of the neighborhood. We handle a lot of flowers and gifts here. Most of what we do is for people ordering things online to be sent around the city. It’s not a fancy showroom with glass windows and air conditioning everywhere. It’s more of a workspace where we keep the stock fresh and get everything packed up. The morning is usually our busiest time because that is when the fresh crates of flowers arrive from the mandi. We have to sort through them, trim the stems, and get them into water before they wilt in the Delhi heat. There are usually a couple of delivery guys hanging around waiting for their next route. It gets a bit messy with leaves and bits of ribbon on the floor, but we sweep up at the end of the shift. We do some event stuff too, so sometimes we have big rolls of fabric or extra baskets taking up space in the corner. We’ve been at this address for a while now and the neighbors know us. It’s a busy life, always watching the clock to make sure the flowers get where they need to go before the party starts. We just do our thing every day.
