We’ve been based out of 822 in Gururamdas Nagar Extension for a while now. Laxmi Nagar is a crowded place, and our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s mostly just a few rooms filled with boxes, files, and a couple of desks. We handle a lot of logistics and move goods around, so things can get a bit cluttered during the busy season. There is always someone on the phone or typing away on an old computer. We don't have a big reception area or a sign with bright lights. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses or families. Sometimes the courier guy gets lost trying to find our specific street, so we spend time standing out on the corner waving him down. It’s just how things work here in Delhi. The office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, so we’re always wiping down the tables. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the manifests and shipping orders. It’s hard work, and the hours can be long when shipments are delayed. We don't try to look bigger than we are. We just focus on getting the packages where they need to go without too much fuss. It’s a plain, honest business. We know the local shops and the people who walk by every day.
