We operate Fedex I Pvt Ltd out of Flat No. 511 in the Shakuntalam CGHS building. That’s over in Sector 10 of Dwarka, New Delhi. It’s a residential-style setup, which makes it feel a bit different from a typical warehouse or a downtown office. We mostly handle the paperwork and the coordination side of moving packages around. Since we are in a housing society complex at Plot No. 16, it stays fairly quiet, which helps when you need to focus on tracking numbers and schedules. It’s just a small group of us working here. We spend a lot of time on our computers and phones, making sure that whatever is being sent gets to where it’s supposed to go. Sometimes there are delays or issues with addresses, and that’s when we have to roll up our sleeves and figure it out. We aren't a huge hub, just an office that keeps things moving in the background. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, and we try our best to keep everything organized. People in the building know us, and we like being part of the Dwarka community. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything. We just go about our business and try to make sure the logistics side of things stays on track. It’s a straightforward job, and we’ve been doing it this way for a while now. It takes patience to deal with all the different parcels every day.
