We are located in Kunwar Singh Nagar, specifically at House Number 268 near Nilothi Mor in Nangloi. The place is managed by Manoj K. Singh. It is a very busy part of New Delhi, and our spot is right in the middle of all that daily activity. We handle a lot of packages and paperwork from this small office space. It is not a massive warehouse; it is more of a local point where things get sorted and sent out to their destinations. You will often see delivery bikes and vans coming and going throughout the day. The inside is usually full of boxes, clipboards, and handheld scanners. It gets a little bit chaotic when a new shipment arrives, and we have to move fast to get everything logged into the system correctly. We do not have a fancy waiting area or anything like that for visitors. It is just a functional space meant for moving goods from one place to another. The neighborhood is full of houses and small shops, so we know many of the people living around Nilothi Mor. We deal with a lot of different addresses and delivery routes every single day. It is a lot of physical work and keeping track of small details so nothing gets lost. Sometimes the bad weather makes things difficult, but we just try to keep the packages moving regardless of the rain.
