This particular branch is located at Gh13/30 in the Sfs Flats of Paschim Vihar. It’s tucked away in a residential pocket of New Delhi, which makes it feel a bit different from your typical courier hub. We handle a lot of the local traffic here, people bringing in boxes and letters that need to get across the country or even overseas. The space is pretty functional. We have scales for weighing packages and a counter that has seen a lot of use over the years. It isn't a fancy place with air conditioning that works perfectly all the time. Usually, there are stacks of bubble wrap in the corner and a few rolls of tape sitting on the desk. The Sfs Flats are quite busy, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing scripts for us. We just take the packages, scan the barcodes, and make sure everything is labeled correctly. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the delivery vans are trying to navigate the narrow lanes of Paschim Vihar. We’ve got our routine down, though. We check the zip codes and help people fill out those long customs forms that always seem to confuse everyone. It’s honest work. We don't promise miracles, just that we’ll put the box on the right truck. It’s a small office but it stays busy from morning until we close the shutters at night for the day.
