Our office is tucked away on Street Ram Nath Patwa in Pahar Ganj. If you know New Delhi, you know Pahar Ganj is a bit of a maze sometimes. We are at number 3812. Fcm Travel Solutions has been operating out of this spot for a good bit now. Mostly we spend our days looking at screens, figuring out flight paths and train schedules for people who need to get from one place to another. It gets pretty loud outside on the street with all the rickshaws and people walking by. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling tickets and talking to travelers. Sometimes the internet acts up or a booking gets complicated, but we just sit through it and get it sorted. We aren't a big flashy corporate office. It’s just a practical space where we work. People come in with questions about where they should go or how to save a few bucks on a trip. We just give them the facts. It’s a busy life here in the -55 area code. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We keep our files organized as best we can. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that is how travel work goes. We’re just here doing our bit every day, making sure the plans actually work out for anyone who walks through our door. The tea here is strong and the days are long.
