We’ve been at B-74 in Mansarovar Park for quite a while now. It’s just a regular office where we look at screens all day, trying to find flights that aren't too expensive for people here in Delhi. It gets noisy outside sometimes because it’s a busy part of town with a lot of people moving around. We have a few desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. Mostly we deal with people calling us up asking where they should go or how to get a visa sorted without too much trouble. It is not a fancy place. We drink a lot of tea while checking schedules and maps. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to sit and wait for it to come back. It’s a very normal workplace. We know this neighborhood well. If you come by the building, you’ll see our sign. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing away. Traveling is what we handle, or rather, we help other people do it. It involves a lot of paperwork and rules that keep changing every month. We try to keep up with all of it. Some days are really busy when everyone wants to go on holiday at the same time. Other days we just sit here and organize files. It’s a small team of us who have lived in Delhi forever. We just get the work done.
