Our business is situated on the second floor of L1/31 in Kalkaji, New Delhi. If you know this part of the city, you know how crowded and busy it can get. We are right in the middle of all that noise and energy. You have to walk up two flights of stairs to find us. Once you are inside, it’s just a standard office with travel brochures and maps lying around. We handle all sorts of travel solutions, from booking flights to sorting out hotel stays for people. It is not a big corporate space. We have a few old desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to customers on the phone and trying to find the right prices for their trips. Kalkaji is a good place to be because there is always something happening. We often get our lunch from the small shops nearby and bring it back to the desk. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't use any fancy software or have a high-tech setup. It is just us, our computers, and our knowledge of the travel industry. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in Delhi. We have been here for a long time and the regulars know exactly where to find us when they need to plan a holiday. It’s a steady, simple job that we enjoy doing.
