We've been running Fcm Travel Solutions Ltd for a while now from our spot in Old Rajinder Nagar. It's just a regular office at 11A/11, nothing too fancy, but we stay busy. People come in mostly asking about flight tickets or if they need help figuring out visa paperwork which is always a headache. The New Delhi heat can be a lot, but we keep the fans going and get through the bookings. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but that’s just how it is here. We aren't a huge corporation with a call center, just a few of us sitting at desks trying to get people where they need to go without too much trouble. It started out small and we’ve just kept at it. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking computer screens for the latest rates. If someone walks in, we usually just pull up a chair and talk through what they need. It’s not about being the biggest, just about making sure the tickets are right and the dates match up. We handle a lot of different trips, from quick visits to family to bigger work travels. There’s always a pile of papers on the desk, but we know where everything is. Living and working in 110060 means we know the neighborhood well. It's just a normal day-to-day business helping folks travel. It is a simple life and we like it that way.
