Our office is on the first floor at 13M in Pocket-II. We are right in Mayur Vihar Phase 3 here in Delhi. It’s a busy residential area and we fit right in. Fcm Travel Solutions India Pvt is basically a small team of us sitting at our desks. We deal with travel stuff all day long. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of looking at screens and talking on the phone. The office is one of those typical first-floor spaces where you can hear the kids playing outside in the park. We’ve been here for a while now. The stairs are a little steep, so we tell people to watch their step. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one by the door. Inside, it’s mostly just files and computers. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long afternoons. It’s a good spot because we are close to the local markets. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy offices in a glass tower. We are just local people working in travel. Sometimes plans change and we have to fix things quickly, which can be stressful. But we like the challenge. We don’t use big words to explain ourselves. We just try to help people get where they need to go from our little office in Pocket-II. It is a bit cramped but we make it work every day for the people who come to see us.
