We are located in Katwaria Sarai at S S Kataria House. Specifically, Fcm Travel Solutions India Pvt Ltd is in Flat No. A-6 at F-108A. It is a busy part of New Delhi - 110016 with a lot of students and workers walking around outside. Our office is actually inside a flat, so it doesn't feel like those cold, empty corporate buildings. There are desks squeezed into the rooms and we usually have papers and files everywhere. We spend most of our hours on the phone or typing away on our computers. Travel can be a bit of a headache with all the changes and cancellations, so we stay pretty busy trying to keep up. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all just sit around for a bit until it comes back. We don't really care much for fancy titles or wearing suits. Most of us just wear what is comfortable and get to work. The building is a bit older, but it works for what we need. We’ve been here for a good while and we know the neighborhood pretty well by now. It is a practical space where we can focus on the bookings. There isn't anything too fancy about our setup. We just do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. It’s a simple way of doing things and it works just fine for our team.
