Fcm Travel Solutions is located at 37A in the South Anarkali Extension. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but that makes it a little quieter for us to get our work done. We are in a residential-feeling area of Delhi, which is nice because it doesn't feel like a cold business district. Our office is pretty simple. We have our desks, some chairs for people to sit in while they wait, and a small area where we make coffee. Most of our day is spent looking at travel routes and trying to fix schedules when flights get cancelled. It can be stressful when things go wrong, but we just take it one call at a time. We have been at this address for a while and the people around here know us. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we are just helping people get their travel plans sorted out. There is usually a lot of paper on the desks and the printer is almost always running. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. It is just a place where we work. We talk about our families and the weather while we wait for the systems to load. It is a small team and we just try to do right by the people who come to us. No two days are ever really the same.
