We’ve been running things from this spot in Ram Nagar Extension for a good while now. Shahdara is a busy place, and our office here matches that energy. Most days it’s just us sitting around the desks, handling phone calls and trying to figure out the best routes for people who need to get somewhere. It’s not always a smooth ride, honestly. Sometimes the internet acts up or a booking gets complicated, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a fancy corporate setup with glass walls and silent hallways. It's more like a local hub where we know the tea stall guy outside and the neighbors stop by to ask for directions. People come in looking to go abroad or maybe just to another city for work, and we pull up the screens to see what’s available. It’s a lot of typing, checking dates, and making sure names are spelled right on the forms. We stay busy because travel is one of those things that never really stops. The office at 1/4377 is where we spend most of our waking hours, surrounded by stacks of papers and old calendars. It’s a practical workspace. We don't spend much time on decorations or flashy signs. We just focus on the task at hand, which is getting folks their tickets and making sure their plans don't fall apart. It’s honest work and we like being part of the Shahdara community.
