Our office is located at E-1449 in Netaji Nagar, New Delhi. Being in Delhi, it’s always busy around here, and we’re right in the middle of it. We’ve been operating as Fcm Travel Solutions (I) Pvt Ltd (Iata) for quite some time now. It’s an IATA-related setup, so there’s always something to keep us on our toes. The building isn’t brand new, it has some character, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you’re not used to them. Inside, it’s just a normal office. We have desks, phones ringing, and the sound of typing. It can get a bit cluttered with all the travel documents and files we have to keep track of. We aren't some big high-rise operation; we are just here in Netaji Nagar doing our bit. People come to us when they need things sorted out with their travel, and we try to help them without making it complicated. It’s 110023 if you’re looking at a map. We have a small kitchen area where we take our tea breaks, which is usually the best part of the afternoon. We aren't into big speeches or fancy mottos. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It’s a straightforward place with people who know the travel business inside out. That’s about it for us here in Delhi. We just keep our heads down and work.
