While the name is associated with the big hotel, this location is where a lot of the actual daily organizing happens. It’s right in the heart of the city, near all the government buildings and wide roads. The office itself is quite functional. We have desks cluttered with schedules, inventory lists, and staff rosters. It’s a bit of a contrast to the fancy atmosphere of a lounge, but this is where the real work gets done to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails about events and bookings. It can get pretty stressful when there’s a big night coming up, and everyone is running around trying to make sure the details are right. The building on North Avenue is an older one, so it has those thick walls and a bit of a musty smell sometimes. We don't have any flashy signs here.
