We’ve been here on Punchkuian Road for quite a while now. If you know the area, we are right across from the Gandhi statue, which makes us pretty easy to find even when the traffic gets bad. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, and honestly, the noise never really stops. Fast Travel Bureau is just a small team of us sitting in the office, mostly handling tickets and trying to figure out the best routes for people who walk in. Some days it’s quiet, and other days the phones won't stop ringing because someone’s flight got moved or they need a visa yesterday. We don't have a fancy lobby with marble floors or anything like that. It's just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. Most of our regulars are locals from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years because they know where we sit. We just do our work, drink a lot of tea, and try to get things sorted for travelers. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. You might see us standing outside sometimes just to get a bit of air away from the screens. We’ve seen the road change a lot over the years, but the office stays mostly the same. It's a practical place for practical needs. Nothing more, nothing less than that. We just take it one day at a time here.
