Down in Gali No-8 in Shashi Garden, you’ll find us. It’s a tight street, typical for this part of New Dehli. Our office at Be-58 is where all the planning happens. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time now. It’s mostly about managing transport and making sure drivers are where they need to be. It’s a lot of coordination, and the phones never really stop ringing. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most people know us just by word of mouth in the neighborhood. We aren't some massive executive firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us who know the roads and the timings. We drink a lot of tea while looking at maps and schedules. It gets pretty frantic during rush hour, but we manage. We don’t use those big buzzwords you see on TV. We just tell it like it is. If a car is late, it's late, and we find a way to fix it. We value the fact that people trust us to get them around. It’s a simple operation, really. We just focus on the basics and try not to get too ahead of ourselves. The office is small, but we make it work. It feels like a second home to most of us by now, even when the power flickers or the street gets flooded during the monsoon.
