Fareportal India is located at D-108 in Dildar Nagar, right near the Basti Hazrat Nizamuddin West area. It’s a very historic part of New Delhi, and the streets around here are often packed with people and traffic. Our office is where we handle a lot of the travel and booking side of things. It gets pretty loud sometimes with all the phones and people talking to customers. We are right in the middle of a very busy community, which has its own unique feel. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is always on the screens and making sure the travel details are correct. Nizamuddin is a place where you really feel the pulse of the city. We have people from all over working here, and we just try to get through the daily pile of work. Travel can be complicated with all the different flights and rules, so we stay busy trying to keep it all organized. It’s a lot of staring at schedules and trying to find the right options for people. We don't really have a grand philosophy or anything. We just come in, sit at our desks, and do the work that needs to be done. It’s a regular job in a very interesting part of town, and we’re just another business in the neighborhood. We focus on the details of every trip because we know how much it matters to the travelers.
