Fareportal is the name we use, but we don't act like some big corporate entity. This place is pretty simple. It’s a busy street and there’s always something going on outside our door. Palam is the kind of neighborhood where everyone is always on the move. We’ve got our office set up here and it suits us just fine. It’s not very big, but we have enough room for everyone to sit and do their jobs. We don’t have any fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s just desks, chairs, and computers. We spend most of our time answering questions and looking at screens. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when things get busy with all the requests. We don't have a big PR team writing stuff for us. This is just us telling it like it is. We show up, work our shifts, and try to keep things organized. The building is easy to find once you get into Rajnagar 1. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the locals know us. It’s an honest day's work in a regular part of Delhi. We don't see any reason to make it sound more complicated than that. It works for us and our neighbors. We just keep our heads down.
