We are situated on the second floor of building 43/20 in Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi. It’s one of those buildings where you have to climb a narrow set of stairs to get up to us. The neighborhood is typical for this part of Delhi, very lived-in and always busy with people. 110015 is the pin code if you are sending us mail or a package. We handle travel-related tasks from this office for Fareportal. It’s not a huge call center with hundreds of people, just a floor where a few of us sit and work on our computers. The second-floor view isn't much to look at, just the street below and the other buildings across the way, but it’s home for the workday. We don't have a big sign on the main road, so you really have to look for the building number to find us. We like the quiet up here away from the ground floor noise. Sometimes we have lunch together at our desks or go out to a local dhaba nearby if we have the time. We don't have corporate uniforms or anything like that. It’s just normal clothes and hard work. We focus on getting the bookings right and helping people with their travel plans. It can be stressful when things go wrong with flights, but we just handle it calmly. There’s no need for big speeches about service. We just do the job. It’s a simple setup that works for us.
